Validation of flights should be enhanced

The flight validation must be extended for creating deliveries.
Add also validation errors texts for better usability.

Additional validation checks:
- Flight overlapping (aircraft is in air twice is not possible)
- Person can not be on two different flights the same time
- Check license of pilot
- Check license of instructor
