Edit flight as club admin even delivery already created, but not delivered

A flight in delivery state but delivery not fetched by proffix should be able to resetted by club admin.
In this case, the delivery will be deleted and the flight will be set to locked state. The club admin is able to edit the flight again.

If a club admin edits the flight, an email notification with the new flight details should be sent to the pilot.
