Soft-subbing videos

Hi,

What I want to do is basically modify subtitle files attached to a video (.mkv file format to be more precise)

This includes adding one or more subtitle streams to a video (soft-sub), force-enabling a particular subtitle stream, adding attachments and stuff.

Can this be achieved using this project?

I tried to take a look around the documentation, but couldn't find this information.
