Let's take as example the submission page:
http://156.145.29.93:9002/#submission/hipc-gene-30843873-5
which one can reach from Studies->Goncalves et.al (30) to see a submission with 30 observations. One submission corresponds now to one signature, which is what the HIPC Dashboard is about, so we need to bring this out better.
- At the top, change "Study" to "Signature".
- Similar Studies - this now appears to be a link to all of the other Studies. This is not really helpful. Unless we have some way of defining "similar studies", we should get rid of this.
- Source Data (1) - Remove the outdated link "Download all response agents". It does not do anything anymore, the response agents are in a file in the evidence section now.
- Source Data (2) - when people download the "Study", they get a zip file that has two files.
--The first is the actual submission with its observations. It is not the whole "study". Let's rename it to "Download signature submission".
--The second is the "hipc_gene-CV-per-template.txt" file. Unfortunately, this has all of the templates for all of the gene submissions, not just this one. We should look if there is some way to just include the relevant row from the original file. - Study summary (1) - rename to "Signature publication"
- Study summary (2) - (for discussion only) notice that we have the publication repeated twice, once here and once above in "Description". This is because we are using the Description column of the submission to transmit the publication title. We need to think if there is something more specific we can put in to the Description field, and use a separate column in the CV-per-template file for the publication title.
