Example - Number Generator

I created my own version of https://github.com/florinpop17/app-ideas/blob/master/Projects/1-Beginner/Random-Number-Generator.md
Coded it in Python, I implemented all of the points, and one extra from me. The GUI is done by Tkinter-customtkinter. I added comments wherever I thought might be unknown to someone.
