Rename Project to List in code, leave as project in copy

This is kind of silly but it just bothers me on a visceral level that lists are called lists on our API but we're referring to them as projects in-code. Whereas with workspaces we call them workspaces in code to match the api, but teams in copy, to match what we show users. IMO we should stick with the rule of "use api name in code and user facing copy use the user facing name"
