update Lenia to work with torch version >1.7

Main incompatibility seems to be: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/71515439/equivalent-to-torch-rfft-in-newest-pytorch-version
This will make Mac M1 development/builds much easier, as they do not have torch versions this old.
