When using Serverless-ESbuild with scaleway-serverless-plugin deployment fails because of missing scaleway nodetypes

I would like to deploy to scaleway

I have created a fix, and will PR that fix noting this issue

@floydspace Could you give the PR a check? I would also like to add an example using serverless-ESbuild to the scale way demo repo. But I'm blocked until this one is implemented.
