mfcc: new maxX doesn't change the num of maxX

This patch works as is in Max but in Pd i get
"No parameter named maxnumcoeffs"
I've not tested the other objects with maxX methods.

Well, there's only fluid.bufmfcc. Nothing else has this functionality yet

oh I thought it was all done when I read the PR. My bad. Should we put a ticket with the list of clients to change? Mel, HPSS ?

No, the idea was to do a proof of concept on mfcc before rampaging through and changing everything
it works for me and I love the scaling of output (in max and pd) and the 'right' number of buf chans too
