Image debian-stackdriver v1.15 contains ancient version of fluent-plugin-google-cloud

Hello,

I tried to build debian-stackdriver v1.15 and found that it contains outdated version of fluent-plugin-google-cloud:

• Gemfile:
  gem "fluent-plugin-google-cloud", "~> 0.4.10"

• Gemfile.lock:

fluent-plugin-google-cloud (0.4.10)
      fluentd (>= 0.10)
      google-api-client (~> 0.8.6)
      googleauth (~> 0.4)
      json (~> 1.8.2)

Accordingly to https://rubygems.org/ fluent-plugin-google-cloud was released on the 26 October 2015 .

Quite the same situation with some of dependencies.

Does that mean that the Docker image debian-stackdriver isn't supported anymore?
