mock files are out of date, gomock moved

The gomock repository now lives at http://code.google.com/p/gomock/, thus goirc is no longer installable (including goevent and golog).

Bah. I just updated to use the github version, as I thought dsymonds had decided to host there for now. Oh well, I'll get this fixed.
