High CPU usage in `FlurryContentLoadingManager`

Describe the bug
We found -[FlurryContentLoadingManager block_getFolderFileSize:] + 304
was reported high CPU usage from Xcode energy reports of our app.
Some users also reported their devices became hot and batteries drained fast.
By using Time Profiler of Instruments, We think this problem may occur when fetching Ad.
