Android - Strange issue with phone accounts

HI! How are you doing ?

When installing the app on Android, the phone accounts settings pop in, and if you turn it on , minimize that screen, and check again, it is still off.

This happens a couple of times until you access it and it is actually active.

I need help with this issue because the idea is to release the app to my client's customers, but we can't release it until this is resolved.
