Describe the bug

Autobrake MED setting intermittantly not activating

Expected behavior

On TCA Airbus Captains X Quadrant, Bindings: Autobrakes were set to Disarm - working. Position 2 unused. Position 3 to MED-failing. Position set to HI-working. Disarm, LO and HI always working as expected. the MED setting intermittantly not working from any either direction in that MED from LO via position 2 to position 3 or from HI to position 3. In cockpit using mouse to select MED always worked. I changed bindings to add position 2 to also select MED. Same result, MED not always lighting in blue to show it had been activated.

Steps to reproduce

Stable A32NX, at various runways, simply selecting MED did not always work.
By running joy.cpl on another screen and going from the cockpit with MED selecting via TCA Quadrant switch and NOT working, changed to screen with joy.cpl and it showed that the switch was active.
In going back to cockpit and having the MED working and failing again, pausing and going to control options and selecting autobrakes showed that the MED position of the switch was active.
Therefore in both methods external of the cockpit during MED failiure showed that MED positions were actively selected/working as this switch is a continous contact it should have always been active. During each failure, the cockpit was the screen 'in focus' as in the current selected screen.
