Clean up for Sat 3/20

-remove console logs
-remove any env details or variables tied to storing locally
-remove extra dependencies
-make sure file structure is consistant
-make is so when you logout your name is removed from the card at the loggin screen, it persists, likely just needs to be set an empty use state, believe it is being called by the isLoggedIn as shown in this picture
