`flyway/flyway:10.6.0` is not released

Hello,

I saw the release of flyway 10.6 a few days ago (Jan 16th), but the associated image hasn't been released in the docker hub

We want to keep the image and library in sync to simplify the update process and avoid incompatibility.

Is there a reason for this image to not be published yet? Or is it just a miss during the release process?
