Bundle faim_hcs v0.1.1?

The new faim_hcs dropped pretty much all functionalities used by scMultipleX, both input (drogon folder structure) and output (custom JSON and CSV). The old version will not be further developed in any way. It's not entirely clear if bug fixing will still happen, but it's unlikely.
To ensure there are no (potential) problems due to a third party unmaintained software being deleted from GitHub we should probably pull a copy of faim_hcs in scMultipleX and drop the external dependency. This would also allow us to fix problems, should any arise. At the time of this writing there is no immediate danger of faim_hcs being deleted, but it's nevertheless risky not to bundle it, since the new version cannot be used with the current version of scMultipleX.
