my registration of tlzoo.party is going to expire on 2020-10-06. The renewal rate is now high (approx. 27 $/year), so we should switch to a lower cost domain name. At the time of opening this issue, tlzoo.xyz is available at a low rate: 1.98$ first year, then 12.39 $/year
