Need a test for calculation of momentum compaction and slip factors

I suspect the current calculation of slip factor is incorrect. I think it calculates $\frac{\Delta T}{\frac{\Delta p}{p}}$ instead of $\frac{\frac{\Delta T}{T}}{\frac{\Delta p}{p}}$
