FAQ image is not responsive

Describe the bug
FAQ image has longer background image for iphone design on the main page
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to 'main page' in responsive design(iphone 6/7/8)
- Scroll down to 'FAQ'
- See error
Expected behavior
The background green image must adjust accordingly
