(Yet another?) 1.12.2 request

Hi, I know that porting mods to MC versions (especially older ones) is an incredibly unpopular request, but I still had to - I'd love a 1.12.2 Forge version, as it will be a great addition to Hexxit II.

Also, a question - is it possible to increase the burn speed but decrease the fuel value, for a more balanced tradeoff?
