The README could be updated now as wakepy 0.9.0 is out. Reuse parts from the docs?

• The readme is missing simple examples (python, CLI)
• The deprecation timeline is not needed anymore
• Could reuse markdown between RTD docs and README
• Rewrite the support table: List the used methods there
• Rewrite the methods reference: Only list each method name once.
