For the CyToF data, all analysis can be found in the the folder "Cytof analyse". The folder "cleaning and markergating" includes all the script used for gating. Follow the instructions in the text file explanation.txt to use this script. In the folder analyse all scripts for the cytof analysis can be found. Follow the instructions in the text file Explanation.txt to use this script. The analysis is done with to differnt panels, P1 (panel 1) is an unstimulated panel while P2 (panel 2) is a stimulated panel.
