Fontis australia post eparcel not displayed in checkout page Magento2 extension

Hi,
I have made all the necessary admin config settings. Screen shots attached and I have also attached screen shot of my shopping cart page. What is missing? why is australia post not getting displayed?

Australia post is displayed if i hard code the Api key?
It's a bit urgent any insight would be great.
