Compatible issues with Magento 2.2.6 and PHP 7.1.22 version

Hi,
Magento 2.2.6
PHP 7.1.22
When I'm trying to install via composer it is giving errors, Please see below. Could you please help me to get this resolved.

@venkat-korampalli We've just released version 1.0.3 of the Australia extension, which should address compatibility issues with Magento 2.2. Unfortunately it's still in review at Magento so might not be available on Marketplace for a while. You can download the latest version from here on GitHub, or off our website in the meantime.
