Let the user select which nodes to be used

Description

Would be good to let the user select which nodes should be used for the Chart deployment.

Solution you'd like

I'm thinking to something like global.nodeSelector, in this way the user will use a param to rule them all. Be careful, this requires some triage to understand if subcharts are supporting the nodeSelector and in which way.

If I understood it correctly, truecharts dependencies should support the nodeSelector using the podOptions.nodeSelector parameter.
