Album useability and alignment of included galleries

Hi, thanks for the software so far.
Is it possible to set a reference at the start position of each album of a post or page?
This can be used as position for the individual gallery and the junp back to album link.
If you have lots of text before the album starts, you must allways scroll down to the position.
So maybe it's a bug or a feature request. I'm using WP 4.9.1 with Tiny-Hestia Theme. 1.4.8 Gallery and 1.2.27 Lightbox.
As a second issue (feature request), is it possible to make the position of the galleries within an album centered, or "block" aligned?
