Improve User Profile Layout on Forem

Description:
As a user of the Forem platform, I have noticed that the current user profile layout could be enhanced to provide a better user experience. The profile page currently lacks a visually appealing design and important user information is not easily accessible.
Proposed Changes:
- Redesign the user profile layout to be more visually engaging and user-friendly.
- Include key user information such as profile picture, bio, and social media links prominently on the page.
- Add a section for users to showcase their latest posts or contributions to the platform.
- Implement a customizable cover photo option for users to personalize their profiles.
Expected Outcome:
By improving the user profile layout, we can create a more engaging and personalized experience for Forem users. This enhancement can encourage users to interact more with the platform and connect with other community members effectively.
