The only site that will actually be maintained with TachibanaSite is afrl.cse.sc.edu. TachibanaTech is going to be split into multiple smaller sites, and will use a different framework. As such, these 1.10.x versions will be maintenance releases specifically to support the currently-installed AFRL pages.
