[Feature Request]: Export/Import shortcuts

Feature Summary

Dear developers, could you be so kind to implement this feature?
Import/export of shortcuts will be very helpful in case when we need clean install; moving from one device to other without sync on, etc...
If it is editable format, then it will be perfect for manual editing! E.g. shorter names instead of default long which are automatically added.
I know how to do it with root, but do not know how to do it without it. But default feature seems good.

And if possible, export import of bookmarks/shortcut/collection in HTML file as in chromiums will be very helpful.
