cache 폴더를 cran에서 문제 제기

This leaves behind a populated directory ~/.local/share/n2h4-cache on
Linux, an area not permitted by the CRAN policy.  On macOS,
/Users/ripley/Library/Application Support/n2h4-cache .

These are not even the conventional places for a cache (such as ~/.cache).

So the package has been removed from CRAN.  If you choose to resubmit,
do ensure you are honest when warranting conformance with the CRAN policy.

캐쉬를 rappdirs::user_data_dir() 를 이용해서 생성했음에도 문제로 지적함.
캐쉬 기능을 제거하여 해결 노력.
