[BUG] /award stopped working

Issue Summary
hey!
/award does not work anymore:
Here is the error message:
{"error":"Error: PrismaClientKnownRequestError: \nInvalid prisma.pointTransaction.create() invocation:\n\n\nUnique constraint failed on the fields: (userId,repositoryId,url)"}
higher points because its time-sensitive :)

- create a PR
- award points
Expected behavior
award the points and create point transaction

fixed it, wrong Trigger API host caused the error
