Docker image

This is a feature request to publish this as a docker image so that it can be ran without knowledge of the internals and with a simple "docker run" (or inside kubernetes, or any frameworks that allows to run containers as a service).

Scratch this, just noticed the different deployment methods in the subdirectory. I got misled by the initial deployment options in the root directory.
