`fcli fod session login`: Show proper default values for time-outs

See screenshot below; help output for this command should show the proper default values for --socket-timeout and --connect-timeout, instead of null. Other product modules (SSC, SC-SAST, SC-DAST) do display proper default timeouts, so use these to check how to properly display the default value; probably we're just missing some resource bundle entries.
