Missing pure white and other colours in FOSS-AG colour palette

The .gpl (GIMP colour palettes) file @fes0j made for use in Inkscape is great — I love the workflow of switching to the FOSS-AG swatches in Inkscape whenever I’m working on a FOSS-AG project.
However, to avoid having to switch back to other palettes when basic colours are required (e.g. 100% white and 100% black, which currently aren’t in our official palette), I‘m considering whether or not we should include these, at the very least in the palette made specifically for use in Inkscape — because more often than not, 100% white and 100% black are essential for almost any design.
Can anyone think of any other colours that might be needed in this way?
I have now made these changes (see the above commit) so others can test them out. I hope I haven’t broken the Travis Build by doing this … But it seems to be fine at least according to GitHub's green tick.
I’m closing this one for now because I’ve been testing the revised palette for a couple days now and it’s categorically superior. Further improvements can be made over time and should be discussed in separate issues, if need be.
