Bug Description
According to the travis build 13, many contributed applications failed to compile.
- 'HUST_iRhythm_2018': Fail
- 'arc_XDU_Master-Sign-Language': Fail
- 'scr_HUST_inverted_pendulum': Fail
- 'src_NCTU_Smart_Pillow': Fail
- 'src_XDU_Autofollowing_suitcase': Fail
Please fix these fail applications, for https://github.com/foss-for-synopsys-dwc-arc-processors/embarc_applications/tree/master/arc_design_contest/2018/HUST_inverted_pendulum/scr, please change folder name from scr to src.
