Better logging at resume/stop

Add better logging messages when target resumes/halts, so it would be clear what happen. If for some reasons target never hits breakpoints last message from OpenOCD should be "target resumes" or like this. Currently it starter printing dots, which says nothing to those uninitiated into those type of secrets.
