Uploading an avatar not working

Uploading an avatar no longer works. It loads forever. It worked a few days ago though. So, not sure which commit maybe changed. There was a change adding language options in that area for example.

Hi @mariobehling, change avatar working fine from my end, could you try again?

In fact it works, but seems like the upload size is set very low. Please increase the upload size to 3MB and ensure videos get scaled down in the process.
