Buffering animation appears in set up screen despite being loaded

The buffering logo appears on the 'wall' page even though all features have loaded and the internet connection works for all other pages. Also, the animation appears at the top of the set up options page even though the page has completely loaded and works.

This usually happens when there are some requests pending to the server. @lily283 Can you reproduce this by having the Networks tab in Chrome/Firefox developer tools open before visiting the site and seeing if there are any pending requests?
