Deleted profile picture reappears

Describe the bug

A deleted profile picture reappears after clicking the hamburger menu icon and is visible when going into My Account.

To Reproduce

1. Go to My Account and add a profile picture.
2. Delete that profile picture.
3. Go back to the home page.
4. Click on the hamburger menu icon and go to my account.

Expected behavior

Profile picture should be deleted properly.
