Describe the feature you'd like
There is no Save button in the Account activity which lets you change the updates of your account. Alert Dialog similar to Edit Profile(Screenshot attached below should be added to the account back press

This issue can be related to issue.

Additional Context
With the help of this issue we will update the image of the User only one it prompts us to the save button. So when the user picks the image from the gallery it will only be updated at the imageView not at the server. This will help us to improve the UX and speed of the Application
