Card for creating new skill is overflowing on My Skills page

Actual Behaviour

The content of the SkillCard component is overflowing on the 'My Skills' page.

Expected Behaviour

All Skill Cards should be rendered with proper layout without overflow of content.

Steps to reproduce it

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to My Skills from the top navbar.
