Actual Behaviour
I am trying to sign up for susi.ai, but SIGN UP button is disabled!

Expected Behaviour
SIGN UP button should be enabled

Steps to reproduce it

Go to portal https://susi.ai/
Click on Login button
Click on Sign Up for SUSI

I think the repo maintainer is quite inactive. Only, the maintainers can merge the PR and they can guide if the issue is still open. @Orbiter please help the developers on PR merge and issues

I would like to request the maintainer to respond to this issue and assist the developers in merging the PR for this issue
