System cleanup to get used of outdated code

• Delete Bluemix
• Delete loklak references from Readme and update Susi AI to SUSI.AI
• Delete susi_server/html/api.html as it is covered as an api.md in the documentation
• Delete installation directory from loklak
• Delete outdated deliveroo and transport console stub including "public transport enabler"
• Delete tests for unused features
• folder /ssi - should it be deleted?
• Move files of susi_server/src/ai/susi to susi_server/src/ and update anything to ensure it works
• Clarify: where is the better logical location for susi_server/src/org code?

I removed the public transport enabler submodule
