Seeker doesn't work using keyboard

Using arrow keys to forward the song doesn't work. System details have been mentioned below:
Distro: Linux mint 18..3
Rhythmbox: 3.3

With c57ec7c arrow keys and Page Up/Down work now. One just have to focus the slider first.
