Subdomain: IP Address map to subdomain fails

Describe the bug
The mapping of IP Address to subdomain fails at https://mon.school/account/subdomain. I see 401 and 500 errors in browser console whenever I click on Save button

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://mon.school/account/subdomain'
  2. Enter IPAddress of the Digital Ocean deoplet
  3. Click on 'Save'
  4. No messages are seen
  5. Check console for errors

Expected behavior
After successful mapping, I should be able to access my droplet with subdomain. That's not happening
