Merge the PR #65 by @pateljannat. This requires some changes to frappe and those are not merged yet. See frappe/frappe#14380 for more details.
To make this work on Mon School, switch frappe to that branch and merge the PR #65 and deploy.

Created a new branch anandology/frappe:discussions-single-topic from the current develop branch of frappe and merged pateljannath/frappe:discussions-single-topic into it. I'll deploy this on mon school.
