Unit tests of dissect.jffs fail due to recent changes

Fixed in dissect.jffs with fox-it/dissect.jffs@e4a4fc1, but the behaviour is because we no longer allow for None values in structures. I don't think we will want to deviate from that behaviour anymore in cstruct.
