add a chromatic mode

In chromatic mode the sequencer can be programmed freely without restrictions from the songs choosen scale and root note. In the chromatic mode the displayed scale has to be decoupled from the sequencers chromaticness.

There's a variable genSq_sclQ for scale quantisation that is adjustable for each string via the string encoder buttons.
