Trouble cloning fresh repo

Receiving this error after making a fresh clone, and attempting to call yarn in the root directory

This error is coming from yarn, probably some issue with registry. I tried to install the repo just in case using yarn@1.22.21 and node@18.20.2 and node@20.12.2 and everything works fine. Could you try again?

@Hotmanics according to this nodejs/node#48855 upgrading node to 18.20.2 resolves the issue.
